For more than twenty-five years, Dr. S. Yin Ho - a physician-turned-entrepreneur and visionary executive — has bridged medicine, technology, and entrepreneurship to drive transformation in health IT. As interim CEO at Veradigm (MDRX), she oversaw the acquisition of Science IO to integrate generative AI models into electronic health record data, and as founder of Context Matters Inc., she built a groundbreaking international health economics analytics technology company later acquired by Decision Resources Group, which is now part of Clarivate Analytics (CLVT).

A Brown educated, Yale-trained emergency medicine physician with a Harvard MBA, Yin is a sought-after advisor, currently Chairman of the Board of Directors at Segmed, and an outspoken advocate for responsible AI in healthcare. Her new book, Rushing Headlong: Health IT's Legacy and the Road to Responsible AI, explores the history of health IT in the U.S. and opens an important discussion about this pivotal moment at the intersection of generative AI technology, healthcare, and ethics.
